Please can anyone help me with an asnwer? We live in PA. My Daughter has been raising her 6 year old son on her own, along with my help. With no father in the picture. Now after 6 years he wants to see his son. He has never paid child support, And has been in and out of jail. She never went to court for full custody. Now we are worried that he will come and take him. Her son never met him. Can he just come and take him when ever he wants?
