I had an accident in a company vehicle about 6 months ago. I rear ended someone. The police were called, but no tickets were given.

I did not report with my company or insurance, as I had just gotten my car back from a previous accident.

In the meantime, the other person has not reported the accident either.

Now, I am about to resign from my company, and I am wondering what to do. They insure me.

Do I still have time to report it to insurance or should I just look into getting it fixed? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think it's probably too late to report it to the insurance comappny - they typically require accident reports to be filed within a week or ten days of the incident. So at this point you will have to pay for the repairs before you return the car.
