First things first... did someone forget to fully open a valve back up after your finished the install? Don't assume... check and be sure.

After you check to see that the shutoff is full opened check the AERATORS at the end of the faucet spouts... could be clogged with sediment that got disturbed when you turned the water supply back on. Here, remove the aerator from a faucet spout and run water without the aerator in place. If water pressure is restored you'll need to clean the aerator and reinstall to fix that faucet.

You may need to do this at all faucets and may also need to clear the shower head(s) (remove and clean), the washing machine hoses (remove and clean screens, if present), and anything else that appears to be clogged.

Let us know how you make out, OK?

I will definitely check those items and thank you. I also would like to know if the problem could be from our air tank under the hose or if we need to prime the ,ines or something like that(we have a well).

Sorry meant to say house(instead of hose)

Make sure you don't have a main water shutoff still closed... that will be on the cold line before the heater... if you don't find any closed valves.then you might have to look at that.
