Does a bad conduct discharge cancel out honorable discharge from prior enlistment
I served 12 years in Marines.. 2 tours in Iraq & one in Afghanistan.. Injured while on duty.
Due to post traumatic stress I got caught with drugs & given a bad conduct discharge.
I am now denied benefits for medical from the VA but yet have trauma &injuries still suffered while on duty.. Broken arms & fractured neck.T-6 & T-7 fractures in my back.. result of a helicopter that was shot down in Iraq.

I took drugs and got involved with home break in over 10 years ago.Now trying to get my life turned around.. Is there a attorney or process to receive benefits for injuries obtained while on active duty?
Please help.. My record is perfect since bad conduct discharge in 2005.
