I haven't got my depo for 4month and its May and I started to spot and I went threw one tampon on May 7th and then spoted couple days after am I most likely to get pregnet?

Um... yes... if you haven't taken your monthly birth control for four months you are certainly going to get knocked up at some point. That's how the stuifworks... it only works if you keep taking it... if you want permanent... get your tubes tied.

Have you resumed normal periods since coming off the injection? Many women will find that it can take several months before periods resume, and when they do, fertility can still take quite awhile to return. It can be very individual.

As smoothy said, you may be pregnant, or your body may still be adjusting to the change in hormones.
