I just finished tiling my bathroom floor. I purchased the extended wax ring to re-install my toilet and thought all would work well. However I have discovered that the closet bolts are not long enough! These are new bolts and are about 1/2 inch to short... any suggestions? Can I just buy "regular" bolts that are longer?? Please help

Closet bolts as long as three inches can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot.

Thanks for the quick response!! My bolts are 2 1/4 I think so the 3 inch ones should work. I will have to go tomorrow and see if I can find them
