Hi I'm 23a yrs old an quite sexually active and just recently about 2 months ago I noticed small red spots or bumps on underside of my penis an one small one on the head... I am generally good about using condoms.. The bumps seem to have pealing skin in them an have had more show up after more sexual encounters or masturbation... Is it an std or bacterial infection?
