I took 1, 10 milligram, tab of methadone on Saturday will it show up in a urine test on Wednesday, 5 panel, or swab. I've been drinking lots of water.

If the test is a basic 5-panel... you pass. Cannot detect methadone.

Thank you, but what about an oral swab. I will never put myself through this again!

It isn't the medium tested, oral fluid, urine, blood but the underlying method for testing same. Basic drug tests detect the same range of drugs regardless of sample type.

Also oral swabs detect for a shorter period than any of the other methods.

Thank again, some one answered someone else's same question and said it was detectable by swab for ten days? Had me worried. Like I said no more!
