I have applied for my TDS refund and till date have not received. I have gone to 3 to 4 CA's and they all say I will receive my payment, its in the process but till date have not received. Its from 2003 to 2008. However, surprisingly two years ago, I had received a refund for 2006-2007 but after that nothing. I am still waiting. Could anybody advice me what to do apart from going to another CA. It would be of great help.

Please help us out here - what is a "TDS" and what is a "CA?" Does this have to do with taxes in India? If so - please be aware that this forum is intended to cover tax issues in the US only.

TDS stands for Tax Deducted at Source, which is how the Indian tax system works.

I suspect that this question addresses the Indian tax system, and thus cannot be answered on this forum, which deals ONLY with the U.S. tax system.
