I am married to green card holder
    Hi!

I have tourist visa and I am with my husband in USA. My I-94 expires in July.
My husband is green card holder, he can't apply for citizenship right now.
What can I do to stay with hem legally? I heard about I-130 form but is this true that I have to wait in line for such a very long time to get permission?

Nothing... you both leave and go home. You leave.. then file for the proper papers and wait like everyone else has to do. Then when you get them you come back legally.

If you want to stay togther.. then he has to leave with you until you get your papers legally. There is no shortcut for Citizens... much less someone that just has a green card. Yes I've been through this before and I was actually a citizen.
