Probibly not enough... but exactly how much depends on the Judge... and the other information you didn't provide that they will know.

Was someone in the house at the time ?

Did they steal something, if they did, what was the value:

Did they have a weapon when they did they crime.

Sentence can be @ 10 years, most likely get a 5 to 7 year sentence with having to serve about 3 to 4 years before release
