Baby due soon, partner not divorced
My partner and I are due for our baby in 7weeks his divorce is only on 2nd stage we obviously want to put him on the birth certificate but I am not too keen on putting him down as married etc what else do I put on the birth certificate when registering the baby whilst he is still married to someone else

What info you need to include on the birth certificate varies locally. I don't know if you have to put the father's martial status on it. I would check with your local bureau of vital statistics about what you need to include. Also listing him as the father does not necessarily assign him rights of paternity. He may also need to sign an acknowledgment of paternity.

Putting a father's name on thee child BC has no bearing about his marital status.

Neither does putting it on thou child BC.

The choice of archaic subjective v. archaic objective tense doesn't affect marital status.

Yes you and he are not married, you decline to answer that part. It is much more important if YOU were married, since if the women is married, the child is normally considered the legal child of the husband, even if he is not the bio father.

But if you don't want to list him at all that is your choice also
