My toilet started seeping a bit, so I removed the toilet so I could get to the wax seal. In the process, one of the bolts anchored in the concrete floor snapped off level with the floor. This toilet drains through the wall rather than through the concrete floor. It was held in place by one floor bolt on each side and 2 flange bolts at the rear (from the wall). Now that I have the wax ring in place, it seems impossible to set the toilet on the one remaining floor bolt and also get it onto the flange bolts at the same time. Is there some way to get those bolts out of the concrete and reset new bolts after the toilet is in place?

As I understand your problem you have a closet bolt coming out of the cement that's broken off flush with the floor and now you need to replace it.
First you will have to pull the toilet and drill out the old bolt and then Take a 1/4" masonry bit and a plastic insert and install a wood screw closet bolt into the insert in the floor. You may purchase a wood screw closet bolt at any plumbing shop. You may now reset the bowl. Good luck, Tom

Thanks, Tom... can that wood screw closet bolt go in the floor AFTER the toilet is set in place? Otherwise I can't get the toilet onto the bolts coming from the wall and securing it at the pvc pipe.
