I recently started a job as a morgue assistant and I wanted to know if I have to change jobs in order to have children, what I mean is if its safe for me to stay at this job if I get pregnant

Why would it not be ? Have you been though any professional training for being an assistant ?
They should have safety methods and procedures in place, that would make this no more dangerous and perhaps less than working at a doctors office or hospital.
