I had a baby via c-section 4 weeks ago and I had unprotected sex. I was wondering if I was pregnant would the lochia have stopped or will it continue for the full 6 weeks if I am pregnant?

It could go either way. Not everyone bleeds for the full six weeks and some women will bleed even longer. A pregnancy would not play a role in this. Odds are low that you would become pregnant so soon simply because it takes time to build the uterine lining again in order to sustain a pregnancy.

You are far better off waiting on resuming sex until after you have had your postpartum check-up. A pregnancy this soon after surgery would be very unwise. Discuss with your doctor what form of birth control would be your best option and when you should consider another pregnancy if it is your desire to have children fairly close together.
