Hello everyone! I'm 10 days late for my period and 23 dpo. I have been dizzy, nauseous, I been having lower back aches, sore breast, increased urination and I also have been seeing varicose vins everywhere. Yesterday after using the bathroom I notice that when I wiped it was light pink then later it was a littile red. Today when I went to the bathroom and wiped it was really red and now I'm cramping a little bit. What is going on with me?? I'm scared I hoep that I'm not having a miscarriage it would be my boyfriends first child. I have an 8 year old and I can't remember at all what I went through with that pregnancy

Try a pregnancy test. Most likely you would get an accurate result at this point.

It may be a period just starting late, it may be due to pregnancy (some women will have some bleeding in early pregnancy). Only way to know would be to test.
