    Problem with mt brakes
    So I just redidi the brakes shoes on the rear of my 1990 civic (drums)..
    I thought everything went smoothly.. guess what..
    I have no brakes now... its just air to the floor

    Anybody have any ideas about what went wrong

    Afterwards, you need to bleed the brake system. Bleed in this order: RR, LF, LR, and RF. Use DOT 3 brake fluid, such as Valvoline.

    Did you do wheel cylinders or open the bleeders at all? If so, then you have air in the system and you need to bleed the brakes. If not, then you need to take the drums off and take a look at what you did wrong. Maybe you didn't seat one of the shoes on the wheel cylinder and it popped out when you hit the pedal.

    Make sure they're adjusted also.
