I am looking for the title of a movie I saw when I was a kid. It played with the Village of the Damned on late night TV. The story line was a young teacher moving to a poor mountain community who finds all the children shuffle when they walk. When she convinces them to pick their feet up and walk they begin to fly. I think the film was 1960's but might be earlier. Thank you for your help.
