Hello, I'm Kayla. I'm 18 and 4 weeks ago, I had unprotected sex with my fiancŽ. I decided to get a blood pregnancy test done 2 weeks later. Negative. I am now 10 days late for my period. My periods have never been late and I have not been under any stress either. I feel like I'm cramping and have been for about 2 weeks. But nothing. Is there a chance the blood test was wrong and that I'm pregnant? I heard blood tests are very accurate so I didn't know if I should test again. Thanks :)

Not surprised a HPT taken two weeks after sex resulted in a negative... thats too soon.

YOu really should wait a month to do it... so it should be time to take another.

I had unprotected sex with my fiancŽ 5 weeks ago. I had a BLOOD pregnancy test done 2 weeks later. It was negative. I thought nothing else about it. It has been 3 weeks since the blood test and I am 12 days late. Feeling crampy all the tine for 2 weeks. No period. Could my tests results from a blood test be wrong? Thank you so much. :)

It may have been too early. Since you are late now, try another test.
