    I have job the offers as a mobile mortgage advisor fom CIBC and TD, which one to choose .

    I agree, this is not so much a mortgage questions but more of a job finding section, read about the company, maybe some ideals of the company will make it a more placent place to work, but that all depends on what YOU like.
