We been going out for 3 months. We have brought kids in. Just the other day he tells me he's not happy with me, he is not in love with me, he needs time? How long does he need just asking?

He needs forever, and he was being nice about it. His reasons are his own, so don't wait for him to change his mind. If they ask, explain to your kids not all dates/relationships last that long. They have no need for details you don't have.

Well I will just take it as I hurt him ,he was crying the night before ,I knew he was upset about me asking this guy friend for ride to store,oh well ge jist said he needs time.

This is my advise tosingle parents. Please, if you are dating someone make sure you don't introduce your childrent to them before you are certainly sure. For those who want to get married should at least wait until a proposal has taken place. If you just want to have a companion then make sure you discuss it with the person. And make sure they are init for the long run.
If you keep on having men coming and going in your children's lives they will have a different view about relationships or they may not respect you. You just have be careful in this case when it comees to children.

He needs as much as he feels he needs, however for you, you need to start moving on. There is no point in waiting for someone who might never return. Take this as a break up.

I don't know if you understand this... but most times we are all under Karmic conditions... people come n go for reasons... if they have to go... they will go... u can't do nothing... so just go with the flow n wait for time to tell you why it happened... :)
