    Traveling without permission on parole
Im on parole and want to go to ny from Texas.. My po said no but spent too much money on my tickets and they are non refundable.. Will she find out? She doesn't know the dates or what airlines. Can she put a block on me or in ny will the hold me cause I'm flying with no permission..? Please help..

If the airline runs a check on you, it will show up and they may ask to see your travel paper work. Your bigger fear, one of those great friends or someone you know, turning you in.
Or of course something happening while you are there.

You should not have bought or spent the money till you had permission.

So just look at the tickets and look at the calender, how many years of parole do you have left, and is that trip worth spending the rest of that time n prison.

Give us her number so we can call her. You were dumb enough to buy those tickets BEFORE you got permission to go KNOWING what could happen... then accept the responsibility.

They can violate your Parole and throw your butt back in jail... I think they should since you fail to see what you are planning on doing that's wrong. And they don't NEED to catch you in TX to do it.

    Hello p:

I'd try to see if I can get the decision REVERSED.. PO's MUST have a good reason to deny you permission to travel. What did she tell you? You can ask her supervisor to review it. Do that by CERTIFIED mail, return receipt requested.
