She said she doesn't do friends, even at college and school she says she gets on with people but doesn't do friends:(

My best guess is She probably doesn't want to call them friends because she's afraid in the future she might lose them and doesn't want to be hurt. Also something in her past might have affected her or maybe its just her way of being
