I would think not, based on just what you said. Unless more happened that what you stated. Your vomiting could be due to you being worried about being pregnant - you were stressed and anxious. Your vomiting could be due to a flu bug, or a reaction to something you ate.
You said you had your period but not as normal as you usually have. That can happen. To be sure, it is always best to contact your doctor. Perhaps you can purchase an at home early pregnancy detection kit. Those are pretty accurate. At least you would know, which is better than you being stressed out and worrying.
I totally agree with Shygrneyz, it sounds as though you either had the flu or stress made you sick. Stress will do funny things to a woman's body.
Now, with that said, understand that the withdrawal method is not a form of birth control in the least. This time you may not be pregnant, but next time you could. If you are having sex you need to protect yourself with either the pill or the condom, or some other form of birth control. Withdrawal is not birth control.
Agrees - many a baby was born via the withdrawal method.
Using the withdrawal method is unsafe, in the 1960s, my husband and I used that method, I got pregnant 3 times, it was before we knew that guys leak pre ejaculate when sexually excited, it contains sperm, they can't feel or control it, they don't even have to ejaculate at the end of sex, to get you pregnant.
It would be a good idea, to take a test, using the first urine you pass when you wake up in the morning. You say your period was not a full flow, some women do have what is called early pregnancy bleeding when pregnant. You need to take a test to be on the safe side and if you are not pregnant arrange birth control.
