    ITIN Delay state tax return due
    Hi

    I have applied for my federal Tax return with my wife's ITIN application on feb 22 2012.
    I got my wife's ITIN on May 5th 2012 and also I got my refund.
    It is not possible to apply State tax without ITIN ,so I did not apply state return.

    My question is how can I apply state tax return after the due date.
    I need to get refund from state taxes.
    I am in pennsylvenia state.
