Really itchy red pimple sized lumps are on my scrotum and forskin, also the vane at the top of my for skin on the right side was bigger then it should have been and was really itchy and it went away after about a week but now it's happened on the left side, I am only 16 years old and I was really wanting to know what it is, someone help please?
