How can we dissolve a land contract? The people moved out.. we are making payments on our house and now want there names off the land contract... it is a mutual agreement..

It's "quit claim". Meaning: one "quits" or gives up whatever claim he or she has to the property.

It would only do you any good if you can get the people who were buying the property to sign it.
