My boyfriend and I have been together for 4 yrs and have a 6 month old baby boy. After our son was born I had no sex drive at all. He would ask and I would turn him down... I was tired, felt uncomfortable in my after baby body, had no desire, or just plain did not want to. Well now I'm starting to feel in the mood again.. I've been getting back in to shape, summer is right around the corner so I'm tan and just simply feel more attractive. So, with that said I am now in the mood for sex and I've approached him 5 times now and he has in some way or another turned me down. I'm having a very hard time with this when just 3 or 4 months ago he was asking me all the time. I'm starting to wonder if maybe he's getting it somewhere else? Were young, 26/28 shouldn't he want it from me? I need some advice.

Your lives have undergone a lot of change, perhaps you are just a bit out of sync. Just talk to him and try find out what is wrong: its very hard to know just from what you have said.

You should perhaps sit him down and talk it through with him. Explain why you turned him down those months ago and explain how you're feeling now. Maybe if he now knows what is going on and what was going on he'll understand. Honesty's always the best option.

Talk, and listen to each other and get back on the same page after this life changing event you BOTH have gone through.
