    They are gone... assuming they didn't end up in your recycle bin... you can kiss them goodbye.

    There are programs that sometimes can do it... but you have to own them.. AND know how to use them.

    You had to make TWO mistakes to get here... #1 you deleted emails you didn't want to delete... then you went and deleted them a second time from the trash folder.
