Refusal to make child available for supervised visits
Can the custodial parent legally refuse to bring the children to the non custodial parents supervised vistiation because she does not like the Paid Professional Supervisor? Received communication that she refuses to bring children until he hires someone else! Does he need her approval? They both disagreed about any other family members. The supervisor has reported her to DHS a couple of times.

I wouldn't put up with it again... I'd report this to the court. Doing that means they are effectively in contempt of court.

Not legally, they are in contempt, they are using excuses to try to deny visits.

Take them back to court for contempt of court.

What does the visitation order say? If the visitation order gives her approval power over the supervisor, then yes, she may be able to get away with it. If not, then no. She is required to make the child available for any court ordered scheduled visitation. If she refuses, she will be in contempt of court.

I'm curious as to why there is supervised visitation in the first place?
