I need advice on how to get the state of Mississippi to help me get my grandaughter out of the foster home they have put her in,they refuse because thye foster parent is her other grandmother ,she has lied to the DHS ,and to the court. But still no one will help me... my son ,her father died of a rare Cancer when she was just a baby... he asked me to raise his only child and I gladly agreed .but now it seems that they only want to be done with this case.and they want to leave her where she is.. its not a good p0lace for her ,they have taught her to lie just as they do and I Pray that God will show me a way to save my baby girl.

You need a lawyer. If she is someplace that has been determined to be safe for her, then it's going to be next to impossible to get visitation, much less custody, without a lawyer.
