So yea that's the thing. My boyfriend is in love with me head over heels and is willing to do anything for me. The problem is that I don't love him and he's such a great person but I don't want to hurt him by breaking up wth him. Then again, I feel like I need to be someone that I really love. Be honest with him and break up.

Surely your relationship has potential? Some relationships take time and sometimes people don't realise they are in love with the other person for ages. Inno one couple this girl loved this guy head overheels fro mthe start. Whereas the guy didn't realise he loved her until 11months into the relationship. And they're still going strong. 9 years. Have you given the right atmosphere for the relationship to blossom? It takes work. Doesn't just happen over night for allot of relationships.

I'm on the opposite end of where you are right now. I love still love my ex-girlfriend, but apparently she didn't love me back as much. She played me along for 7 months and then broke up with me and got a new boyfriend 2 months later.
I would have been better off if she ended it with from the very start. Don't do that to your boyfriend if he really is a nice guy. The longer you play this façade the harder it will be on him when he finds out you don't love him.
