Well my boss is so kind to me.. He always ask me if I'm all right or do I need any help.. I work in retail and he is my manager.. He teases me sometimes and he pops out everywhere.. He always offers me for a ride home but I am so shy so I refuse all the time.. One smile from him and I feel like I'm in heaven.. :)) recently, he told me I'm awesome.. What could that mean? Does it mean he likes me too? Help please.. Thanks a lot.. :))

It means you need to keep it professional and not try or start dating him, or worst sleeping or having an affair with him. Many bosses use their position to "score" as many new ladies as possible. Most likely your company has a policy against dating your boss. Almost always if you do, it ends up with you at some point losing your job.
