Which is better for getting rid of acne? Natural pH based skin cleansers or sorbitol or glycerol based soaps?

As far as I know you can't get rid of acne with creams or soap. You need to take medicine. The most effective acne medince is roaccutane. Mind you it's a CONTROLLED drug and you need to have the prescription. It's a six months treatment. Therefore you should consult a skin specialist.

I meant that which helps get rid of acne faster? There is more than just using soaps and creams to get rid of Acne. I'm taking acne medication right now( if you consider Stievamycin acne medication).
