We have a rental property for short term. A gentleman rented a room for one week and he some how knew we needed to change windows he offer his services for a good rate and said that the work will be done in one week. It has been almost 7 weeks and the job is not done this person end up doing a lot of work for us we had to tell him to stop because we can not pay him any more he offer to stay for another 2 weeks and finish the job for only the cost of the rent how can you get rid of someone like that with out racing any anger?

He's a tenant. You need to evict him according to local law. There is no way to control whether someone will become angry.

You give him a notice to vacate according to local laws. If he still refuses to leave, you file for an eviction order.
