I got married so I need child support to be sent to me in my married name how do I do that and I also want to get a card so the child support to be put on the card instead of a paper check

It varies by State. Go to the Court that ordered the support and request the name change.

What do you mean by "a card"? Is there some type of deposit/credict card arrangement in your State? That's something that the Court will have to order. The Court may decide that the non-custodial parent does not have to go through the extra trouble.
