I am 16 years old and my little sister is 10 years old, and we have an older sister which is soon to be 24 she has a good job but however needs advise on how to go about things, I live in the uk and the situation were are in his horrible as our mum is an alcoholic and mentally abusing us and some sometimes she hits me. She drinks on a daily basses, so my older sister wants us to be sighed over to her. I would love some help and advice thank you.
