I have been wanting to leave my kids father for some time now and out of state. He isn't even on our kids birth certificate and has his last name. I don't want to get into any trouble and have kidnapping charges. I do plan on getting a lawyer in flordia when I get settled so he can see his kids. So will I be able to just move?
