I'm on dshs. I did not want to add my new born child to tanf . My other chilren r and I'm being forced to add my new born. She has a different father he only sees her when its convinent to him. I have to get a perternity test w father or they will cut my tanf for my other children. When it shows he is dad does his name have to b on the birthcertificate?

Also this is Washington state

He can ask the courts to add his name to it or once proven the legal father he can sign documentation to have his name added.
