My boyfriend tells me that I have had a spirit following me ever since he moved in with me but only he sees it and it doesn't scare him it just comes into the bedroom and comes over to my side of the bed then it leaves the room. The only time I've seen something was right before I was rushed into hospital a year ago from being hours away from a diabetic coma. I saw a figure in my room a couple of nights before I found out that I was hours away from dying.Just wondering if it could be my dad that passed years ago and watching over me or if it's something else.

Well, if you are a Christian, the bible presents many verses to the contrary of it being a human spirit near you. Spirits follow people because they not only desire manifestation but a chance to influence somebody's life. Sometimes they have a right to be around someone, sometimes they do not. Spirits can hang around families for generations.
