Look at Tools, Internet Options, Connections, LAN, and see If Automaticall Detect Settings is checked, and there is No Proxy.
What does it show for your Home Page?

First make sure you spelled correctly. If it is still routing you to another page then I suspect malware, virus or some internet addon.

Make sure you scan for viruses and scan with malewarebytes anti-malware.

After scans and it is still not working check the following:
Run notepad as an administrator then open the hosts file in the following directory...
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Delete everything inside
