My Xs650 has some problems,when I'm in the road sometimes doesn't take the gas or better to say cuts the gas and sometimes makes like a gunshot ? Where the problem can be ?

I would say maybe a fuel problem, timing?
I used to have a XS650 years ago, great bike.
I drove it from Las Vegas to the Florida Keys with an 85 Lb Duffle Bag on the back and took 6 Days.
That was 1981.
I believe it had points?

If you haven't tuned it up in a while, not a bad idea, Air Filter?

Yes,he has stayed a long time and I have changed air filters,but tell me what u think,could the problem be to carburetor,maybe he needs to be cleaned ore something ?

Yes I would say if you don't know the condition of the carb or history of the bike(Sat unused for a while), I would definitely clean the fuel tank, petcock, lines and Carbs. Can only help.
