My husband and I recently got married and he is a canadian citizen with the right to abode in the UK. We would like to move to the UK in September. He already has employment lined up along with living arrangements also taken care of. He was living in the UK for 11 years prior to coming back to Canada to be with me. We have been trying to figure out how we go about getting me over to the UK, like what kind of Visa to apply for, how long it takes, what type of documentation is needed, any costs involved etc... Any information would be greatly appreciated as I have been googling this for days and all the information I find is not only confusing but conflicting as well.
