Wow That's the same thing that happened to me 7 months as well, except I'm a guy and my girlfriend broke up with me. / in order to forget him you have to slowly get things that remind you of him out of your mind don't burn everything cause that'll just make it worse, just slowly get his memories out of your mind. Try to think of things you did before you had him as a boyfriend like things yours you did with your friends, or family and do those things more often, anything that you enjoy doing like a musical instrument or something like that.
