I have a Victa Pace PCS464 Lawn mower, it started fine last use and now it just won't go. I've re fuelled and cleaned the air filter, I'm not exactly a mechanical mind so I'm not sure what to do. Can anyone help?

Looking at a picture of the machine, my guess is that you need a new diaphragm(it fits btween the top of the gastank and the bottom of the carb. There is a chance that it is a clogged pickup screen. Either way the tank/carb assembly must be removed and the carb taken loose from the tank.
