OK. I am seventeen now, and I started masterbating when I was about eight years old and I used to do it every night and all of a sudden I got these white bumps on my shaft. Sometimes ill squeese them and a thick white puss will come out. It spread to my nutsack and the bumps are really thick around the bottom of my shaft. I've had this since I was eight years old and I'm getting really anxious to know what it is. I've done tons of research on stds and infections and everything I can think of. I can't really find a website that can help me diagnose myself and I really don't want to bring it to my parents because it will break their heart. Like I said they are white bumps that have thick white pus come out when I squeese them. I got them after continuous masterbating. Any ideas on what this is?

The white bumps are from masterbating and if you had left them alone instead of trying to squeeze them, your problem would not have happened, now from continually foolling around and handling these bumps you have caused an infection from dirty hands and fingernails breaking the skin in a very susceptible area. Now you are faced with having to do something about this and, and now, if you are NOT sexually active you don't have a lot to worry about, if you are then get to a doctor.

It's all perfectly normal. The white bumps are pores, there are pores all over your body, however since your genitals stay moist it accumulates oil under the skin, much like a pimple or a white head. All men have this to a point, some more than others.

It has nothing to do with masturbating. Also, please don't "pop" them as you risk introducing infection into the skin that is broken by popping.

Yes. I know what you are referring to here, J. They are called fordyce spots and are a form of sebaceous gland appearing on many parts of the body. They are more noticeable where skin is thinnest as on the penis shaft; these are a natural occurrence and not from masturbating BUT there are larger white bunps that appear that are caused from masturbating FRICTION and should NOT be tampered with but disappear on their own.
