I am moving out of my rented condo in the middle to the month do to military orders elsewhere. Can my rent be prorated?

I gave notice that I would be moving out of my condo in the middle of the month due to military orders elsewhere. Can my rent be prorated?

No... Rent is always paid in one entire month intervals. Military orders will only get your lease shortened in one month intervals to the end of the month you are leaving. Not to the exact day.

What does you rental agreement say? Without specific language noting deployment, you may be liable for all the years rent.
