The father of my 5 week old daughter is trying to obtain joint custody.I just would like to know if there was any way he could get joint custody?

I would be surprised - is he on the sexual offenders/predators list?

The phrase "child abuse and neglect" is sort of vague. Exactly what was he convicted of doing?

Is it possible, of course, judges can do all sorts of things, and what type of abuse was there, how long ago and does it show that the child is at danger being with him.

Should he, most likely not on what little info you provided, but it will be the judges opinion of if the child is or is not at risk.

Hey was convicted of the charge recently, and he fractured a baby's bone.
