Why is it that it take to long for my pressure switch to kick on
It is taking to long for my pressure to drop to 30 and kick my pressure switch on I mean I turn my water on and I think its emptying my pressure tank at that point my water stops and my pressure is still at about 43 or 44 and I have to wait about 15 minutes on it to drop to 30 and kick my pressure switch on and fill gos back to 50 kicks off emptys tank again and starts all over again with the waiting any one know what's wrong

You need to adjust the pressure up to at least 50 - 60 psi and the differential at about 10-15 psi. That should fix the problem. Go here for instructions: How to adjust water pump pressure, pump cut-on pressure and pump cut-off pressure - private pump and well system do-it-yourself repairs
You should check the air pressure in the air bladder, too. After a while the air will be absorbed in the water and that causes the pump to not work right. I would put some air in it before adjusting the pressure to keep the tank from bursting.
