About three years I was accused of indecent exposure in my own apartment which was a misunderstanding. My curtains were open while I was getting dress and my son was in the bathroom. There were ywo eomen across ghe street which I didn't know and they called the cops amd social children's service got involved and I was put on a restraining order but charges were drop I was never indicted or nothing. Now how do I find out that my resraining order is over?

Who has the restraining order against you? The two strangers?

Ask the Court that issued it. You also were given a copy. What does it say?

The two strangers never press charges, it was the social children that convince the motherof my son to get a restraining order.

The restraining order says to keep away for three years but it doesn't say when will they send me a notice.

Read your copy of it and see exactly what it says, personally you should have challeged the order when it was issued
